Most frequent questions and answers

How can I get a quote?

You can request a quote by clicking the "Add To Cart" button. On the next page, you'll have the option to request an official price quote.

If you have more than 5000 assets, you can request a price quote through this form.

What's the definition of an asset?

On your local networks, any device scanned by Lansweeper is considered an asset. This can be a Linux, Unix, Mac or Windows computer, VMware server or any other network device (printer, switch, firewall, etc.). Monitors are NOT counted towards the asset limit.

In your cloud environments, any resource scanned by Lansweeper is considered an asset. This can be a virtual machine, resource group, VPC, etc.

Any assets you create manually also counts towards your asset limit.

How does your pricing work?

We have clear-cut pricing of 1 $/€/£ for 1 asset per year. This pricing is scaled per set amount of assets. This means the following:

  • The minimum amount of assets you can buy is 500 assets.
  • The price scales per 500 assets, starting from 500 up to 3,000. For example, if you want to manage 800 assets, the best deal for you is the pricing for 1,000 assets.
  • From 3,000 assets and onwards, the scale changes to 1,000 assets. For example, if you want to manage 4,400 assets, the best deal for you is the pricing for 5,000 assets.
  • For 5,000 assets and onwards, you can also request a price quote through this form.
  • If you want to use our product for up to 100 assets, you can use Lansweeper 100% for free!
